3. Prices & Payment

  • Delivery charges are added at checkout

  • Engraved or customised items have longer lead times

  • Risk passes to you on delivery

Please inspect goods on delivery and report any issues within 30 days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if not dispatched

  • Once dispatched, cancellations must follow our returns process

  • Engraved or customised products cannot be cancelled

7. Returns

  • Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty

  • Engraved or customised products are non-returnable

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

8. Installation & Use

  • Some products require professional installation

  • Electrical products must be installed by a qualified electrician

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse

9. Product Quality & Guarantee

  • Products are supplied in accordance with UK consumer law

  • Finishes and colours may vary slightly

  • Lifetime guarantee applies to residential use only

  • Commercial or trade use is limited to 5 years

  • Normal wear and tear is excluded

10. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays outside our control
