EuroArt Stainless Steel DIN Euro Profile Sash Lock Backset

The DIN euro profile sash lock is designed for secure and reliable door operation in high-traffic residential, commercial, and public environments. Constructed from stainless steel 304, the lock features a robust forend, strike plate, follower, latch bolt, and dead bolt, ensuring long-lasting performance and smooth operation.

Available with 55mm, 60mm, and 65mm backset options and 72mm centres, the lock is compatible with a wide range of door preparations. The case is pierced to accept bolt-through furniture and escutcheons at 38mm centres, allowing straightforward installation with standard door hardware. The cylinder can withdraw both the latch and dead bolt for added convenience, safety, and security, providing flexible access control for different applications.

All major components, including the forend, strike plate, latch, and dead bolt, are produced from stainless steel 304, offering excellent resistance to corrosion, wear, and heavy usage. The lock has been tested to Grade X with 200,000 operational cycles, confirming reliability under demanding conditions. It is suitable for timber doors with up to 120 minutes fire resistance and metal doors with up to 240 minutes fire resistance, ensuring compliance for safety-critical installations.

The sash lock comes with a supplied anti-rattle strike plate and offers finish options including Matt Antique Brass, Matt Black PVD, Polished Brass PVD, Polished Stainless Steel, Satin Brass PVD, and Satin Stainless Steel, allowing coordination with a variety of door hardware aesthetics.
