The DIN quality mortise lock with 85mm centres is engineered for secure and dependable door operation in both residential and commercial environments. Manufactured from stainless steel 304, the lock includes a durable follower, latchbolt, and dead bolt designed for consistent performance and long service life.

Available with 45mm, 55mm, and 60mm backset options, it allows compatibility with a variety of door configurations. The case is pierced to accept bolt-through furniture and escutcheons at 38mm centres, ensuring straightforward installation with standard hardware. The latchbolt can be operated by either a lever handle or key, and the mechanism automatically relocks when the door closes, supporting applications where single action escape is required.

All major components, including the forend and strike plate, are produced from stainless steel 304, providing strong resistance to corrosion and wear. The lock has been tested to Grade X with 200,000 operational cycles, confirming durability under frequent use and demanding conditions.
