Returns and Refund Policy

EuroArt Architectural Hardware

  1. Orders

1.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by EuroArt Architectural Hardware.

1.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received before an order is processed.

1.3 Quotations issued by EuroArt Architectural Hardware are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

1.4 Orders that have entered production, customization, or dispatch cannot be modified or cancelled without prior written approval.

  1. Returns

2.1 Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the goods.

2.2 Returned items must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled.
  • Be in their original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, documentation, and components supplied with the product.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

2.3 Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from EuroArt Architectural Hardware.

2.4 Products returned without authorization may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.
  • Special-order or imported items.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products that have been installed, used, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery.
  • Products not returned in their original condition or packaging.
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

4.1 Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

4.2 Any shortages, incorrect items, visible damage, or manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

4.3 EuroArt Architectural Hardware reserves the right to inspect the returned products before approving any replacement, repair, or refund.

  1. Refund Policy

5.1 Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible.

5.2 Refunds will only be issued after the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved by EuroArt Architectural Hardware.

5.3 Original shipping, delivery, installation, customs, handling, and packaging charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by EuroArt Architectural Hardware.

5.4 Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

  1. Exchanges

6.1 Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6.2 Products may only be exchanged if they meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

6.3 Any price difference between exchanged products must be settled before dispatch.

  1. Order Cancellations

7.1 Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, subject to written approval by EuroArt Architectural Hardware.

7.2 Orders that include custom-made, made-to-order, imported, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production or procurement has commenced.

7.3 Any bank charges, payment gateway fees, administrative costs, or supplier charges incurred due to cancellation may be deducted from the refund amount.

  1. Installation

8.1 EuroArt Architectural Hardware strongly recommends that all products be installed by qualified professionals.

8.2 EuroArt Architectural Hardware shall not be responsible for any damage, labour costs, delays, or losses arising from incorrect installation, misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow installation instructions.

  1. Shipping

9.1 If the customer arranges collection or appoints their own courier, responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the nominated carrier.

9.2 EuroArt Architectural Hardware is not liable for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transportation arranged by the customer or third-party carriers.

  1. Sale Items

10.1 Products purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or at discounted prices are considered final sale unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly.

10.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

  1. Changes to this Policy

EuroArt Architectural Hardware reserves the right to amend this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.

Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
